Mani is one of those Chefs that truly have a passion for Authentic North Indian cuisine. With five years’ experience is the culinary industry and 25 years’ experience in corporate sales and training in the hospitality industry, it’s this dynamic skill set that keeps his in the forefront of the culinary industry. Mani .worked as Head Chef at Bombay Bhel Indian restaurant & bar.

Mani is not only a seasoned culinary chef he is an award winning Indian cuisine very famous dish , Chicken Kamashutra , Chef whose creations are beautiful edible works of art. Now owner Director of the Baba’s Hospitality Services in Toronto.

Accolades

In addition to winning the Best Taste Competition, Mr. Panwar has received a number of notable accolades. He is the recipient of the Best Food Award and the Best Food in Toronto Award. In 2011, Mr. Panwar received the Gold Medal Award for his hospitality work before opening Dil Se Indian Restaurant.

Civic Advocacy

Mr. Panwar is a strong believer in helping to make the world a better place beyond his field. He supports numerous organizations that aid in addressing such causes as homelessness, cancer, disaster relief and struggling single mothers. Mr. Panwar says his goal is to do 99% for the world and 1% for himself.
